What does it mean, professionally and personally, to work in a company that is committed to the employment of vulnerable groups?

Access to employment remains essential to escape poverty and social exclusion. That is why I am proud to belong to a company that is doing its bit in this complicated yet enriching mission of promoting the integration of people who have difficulties in accessing the labor market.

In my family and friendship environment I am close to people who have or have had difficulties in accessing the labor market. I know perfectly well what it feels like to be in this situation as well as when you manage to get out of it. Therefore, I feel fortunate to be able to contribute to help people who are in this situation to have a first job opportunity or to find it again.

How does Ingesan’s commitment to social inclusion impact the work teams?

The impact on the team is direct and very positive, as it promotes values such as diversity, plurality, respect and solidarity, values that are part of our DNA, creating new bonds and contributing to team spirit.

Any enriching experiences you would like to share with us?

In the training workshops I have given in collaboration with different foundations, such as the Integra Foundation, I have had the opportunity to live many experiences, always very positive. The best of all is when I receive a call from the head of the Foundation informing me that some of the participants have managed to find a job. In most cases it is something they have been pursuing for a long time. Some people had even given up on this arduous task.

Tell us briefly about your professional career at Ingesan

I joined Ingesan in April 2018, in the position I currently hold as Human Resources Manager of the South Delegation. During these years I have had the opportunity to see the area to which I belong and the company grow, not only quantitatively but also qualitatively, in the growth as a socially responsible organization. My goal is to continue to enrich myself personally and professionally; and at the same time continue to contribute to the growth of the team and the company, betting on corporate social responsibility, and investing in society.
