For its environmental design and the energy efficiency criteria applied in its construction and during its use, Centro Canalejas Madrid has obtained the international LEED Gold certification, awarded by the prestigious US Green Building Council. The project, which has followed the LEED for New Construction and Major Renovations (LEED-NC) program for new construction or major renovations, joins the 60 unique building initiatives that OHLA has developed with sustainability criteria, most of them located in the United States and Europe.
