My name is Víctor Pascual and I am from Girona, Spain. I am currently working as Quality and Environment Coordinator on the construction site of the National Forensic Mental Health Hospital in Portrane, north of Dublin (Ireland). This is my first professional experience in a project of this magnitude and I feel fortunate that it is in the hands of the Young Talent program of OHL, which allows me to assume functions and tasks related to my studies, with the plus of doing it abroad, something that is becoming increasingly difficult.
If I had to define OHL I would do it with words like struggle, international and future
My personal and professional growth over the last year has been enormous: new language, new responsibilities, new studies and high level certifications… Nobody said it was going to be easy!! The truth is that I don’t have any specific anecdotes about my time in the company. Each day brings something new, which is one more reason for me to keep trying and growing. Therefore, if I had to define OHL I would do it with words like struggle, international and future.
