Together, they have launched the “Will you help us transform the world?” project to promote OHLA’s positioning as an employer brand.

The main objective of this alliance is to put the employee at the center of the organization. To this end, OHLA, a global infrastructure group, has been supported by WTC in defining an employer branding and digitalization strategy focused on human capital management.

The vision of the new trends in human resources management, the new models of employee experience, or the firm commitment to technological innovation to manage very diverse profiles in global companies have been some of the most relevant points of this collaboration.
