Our talents continue to share their vision of the company and their experience in the teams in which they are having the opportunity to develop their capabilities and business vision. In this issue, Margarita Vera tells us what it’s like to work in a global company like OHLA.

1.- What does the OHLA opportunity mean to you?

The opportunity provided by OHLA represents an instance of great professional growth, which has given me the possibility of getting to know different projects and departments.

2.- What do you hope to learn?

I hope to learn about the key elements that must be considered when carrying out a project. On a practical level, taking advantage of the technical experience provided by working with different areas in construction sites. On an interpersonal level, to learn about the interaction within different teams.

3.- What do you hope to contribute?

I hope to contribute with new ideas and enhance my skills to achieve the proposed objectives and tasks.

4.- What are your impressions of the day-to-day work in a team?

During the two projects I have worked on until now, I have had the opportunity to work with teams committed to good performance and achieving the proposed objectives. On a day-to-day basis, there have been pleasant relationships, companionship, and good disposition.

5.- What would you highlight about your day-to-day life?

On my day-to-day work, I would highlight the good working relationships and the opportunity to see in the field how different tasks are performed to materialize projects.
