In December, the Barcelona City Council awarded us the certificate of Responsible Company through the Làbora Program, for our collaboration in the recruitment of people in a vulnerable situation since 2015. This fact fills us with satisfaction as, at OHL Servicios-Ingesan, we have committed ourselves to the integration and dignity of people in disadvantaged groups by offering them jobs.
When we ask for help to cover vacant positions, mainly in the cleaning industry, we do not require people to have technical knowledge, unless the position demands it, but we value their commitment and attitude. Knowledge and skills are acquired through daily routine and the support from colleagues and middle management, whereas commitment and attitude is what will make the working relationship succeed.

It is very gratifying that people who have often lost everything, and who find it difficult to integrate into the job market, thank you for the opportunity that has been given to them in the form of an employment contract.
In short, we can say that providing decent work to people in complex situations and who are on the verge of social exclusion gives meaning to our daily work and is, in essence, the soul of our company.
