Let’s celebrate the holidays with creativity, enthusiasm, and team spirit.

We’re approaching a very special time of year, filled with joy, excitement, and a sense of togetherness.

This year, through +Together, we want to celebrate the holidays with you through our end-of-year contests—an engaging and fun way to share these festive moments with colleagues across OHLA.

From November 11 to December 10, you can participate in the different categories and showcase your talent, imagination, or community spirit.
And between December 11 and 15, all employees will be able to vote for their favorite entries.

There will be plenty of opportunities to unleash your creativity, enjoy teamwork, and experience the festive spirit that brings us together.
Discover below how to take part in each contest… and join this year’s edition!

Little Artists!

Children’s Drawing Contest

Our most endearing classic returns for the little artists at home. If you have children between the ages of 3 and 12, this is their moment!

Participation is divided into two categories:

  • Ages 3 to 7
  • Ages 8 to 12

There will be three prizes in each category (1st, 2nd and 3rd place), and the first-place winners will have their drawing featured as OHLA’s official holiday card.

We encourage you to share not only the final artwork, but also the creative process: everything is welcome—photos, videos, audio, or comments. The journey is just as important as the outcome, and we’re sure our little artists’ process will be full of memorable moments.

Holiday Flavors

Healthy Cooking Contest

It’s time to bring out the chef in you! Do you feel more like Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, or a grandma with foolproof, legendary recipes?

Take part by preparing your healthy, holiday-inspired dish or dessert and show that creativity is also a key ingredient in OHLA’s kitchen.

To enter, you’ll need to send the step-by-step written recipe along with a photo of the final result. But that’s not all—we also want to see your culinary skills in action! Feel free to share photos, videos, or any materials that capture your cooking process. We want to see you in action—spoon in hand and your holiday spirit simmering.

Three prizes will be awarded to the most-voted entries, so get ready to surprise us with your creations and earn the appreciation of everyone.

Your Funniest Look!

Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest

Do you have that holiday sweater someone gave you and you never dared to wear? Its moment of glory has arrived!

Take it out of the closet (or rescue it from the back of the drawer), put it on proudly, and become the star of our holiday feed.
Participate on your own or with colleagues and send us a photo with your most original and fun look—the bolder, the better.

And if you’re up for it, share the making-of too: how you chose it, how you decorated it, or how you convinced someone to pose with you.

The three most-voted entries will win a prize, so get ready to show off your holiday spirit with pride and good humor!

Holiday Giving

Awards for Social Impact Projects

During our holiday celebrations, solidarity is always at the heart of what we do. That’s why we are launching the OHLA Giving Contest.

Participants may nominate a social organization they believe should receive OHLA’s holiday donation. To do so, please include:

  • Which organization you are proposing
  • A description of their work
  • Why you believe it should be the winner

All employees will vote for the most inspiring project, and the winning organization will receive our holiday donation, helping make this time of year a little brighter for those who need it most.

After a year filled with dedication, excitement, and shared achievements, it’s time to celebrate what we’ve accomplished and enjoy what brings us together the most: our team spirit.

At OHLA, we encourage you to embrace the holidays with joy, take part in our activities, and share moments that will stay with us for a long time.

Come have a great time, connect with your colleagues, and be part of the holiday magic at OHLA.
Because the best celebrations are the ones we experience together.
